Duffy Goes on the radio - CBC

Duffy goes on CBC - listen to an interview on the "On The Island" show, Monday morning at 8:10a.m. or thereabouts - September 20th.  Please give me feedback - this is my first radio interview.  Duffy is a little bit nervous.  How do I know - he's breathing small puffs of smoke - always a sign of the jitters for a dragon!

Duffy In The Rain

Duffy was at the Oak Bay Days event on Oak Bay Avenue last evening, with his friends from Scotiabank.  The rain kept a lot of people away, but it was fun to meet more wonderful Scotiabank staff and some of the locals in Oak Bay.  Duffy liked that.

A Press Release went out to all media on Vancouver Island, from Scotiabank media department yesterday!  Kate, Duffy's scribe, is looking forward to media interviews so that more people can know about fundraising with Duffy books.

Duffy Plans

Back to school for the children today - and Duffy is planning for book signings in Nanaimo this Friday at the Scotiabank.  Kate is looking for a dragon costume, at the request of the Oak Bay branch of Scotiabank, for the Oak Bay Avenue evening on September 15th.  Kate will be there signing books. 

First Duffy book raises funds for the Tour de Rock and Camp Goodtimes

Duffy is busy - he's helping the Tour de Rock and the Canadian Cancer Society raise funds with his new story "Duffy At Camp Goodtimes".  You can help too by purchasing a copy at any Scotiabank on Vancouver Island, at any Country Grocer store, at Hemp and Company, the Red Barn locations and at McKenzie Veterinary Clinic in Victoria.  Kate, the author, will be signing books at many Scotiabank locations - check out the signing schedule on Facebook - Duffy TheDragon - Events page.
